Field Notes:

Many photographers find great inspiration in ’the streets,’ and I would say I do too. BUT! I don’t like showing the ‘decadence’ of my surroundings; trust me, I am completely aware of it. Instead, I like to find beauty in the streets through clean compositions (or at least attempts at composition, given my inexperience). I look for beauty in the daily routine—or in something that stands out from the urban grid (hopefully).
